Hi, I’m Chris, the founder of Myndful Mushrooms.​​

A few years ago, my family faced a series of health challenges - from debilitating anxiety to the daily exhaustion of fibromyalgia. Like anyone watching their loved ones struggle, I felt helpless. We tried standard avenues, but nothing offered lasting, holistic relief.

That helplessness sent me down a rabbit hole of functional medicine, eventually leading me to the incredible world of fungi. When we saw the profound, life-changing impact that high-quality mushroom extracts had on my family’s well-being, I knew I couldn’t keep this to myself.
But looking at the market, I grew frustrated. The shelves were flooded with cheap, imported powders grown on grain - mostly starch, with very little actual mushroom. I didn't want to give my family compromised products, and I didn't want you to have to settle for them either.

I founded Myndful Mushrooms in 2022 on a foundation of authenticity, credibility, and absolute transparency. Following a year of extensive product R&D, expert collaboration, and farm construction, we officially launched our premium tincture line in February 2024.
